1. General Terms & Acceptance

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access any real-money feature on 98ab — including deposits, withdrawals, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must hold a registered 98ab account. Account registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet all conditions set out in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before any withdrawal is permitted).

4.2 Eligible Games for Wagering

4.3 Bonus Expiry

4.4 Bonus Abuse

98ab operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. 4.5 Promotional Communications

The fact that one player receives a promotion offer does not obligate 98ab to make the same offer available to all players. Promotional offers are not transferable between accounts.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activities on 98ab, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, and crash games. 5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is only considered accepted when confirmed by the 98ab system and a unique bet reference number is issued. In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or platform error during bet placement, 98ab reserves the right to void the affected transaction. Bets confirmed prior to any known technical fault will stand.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

5.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

• If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time has elapsed (as defined per sport in the platform's sports betting rules), all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• In cricket, a match is considered to have a valid result if at least one ball has been bowled in the relevant innings, unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
• Void bets in accumulator (parlay) wagers are treated as non-runners — the bet continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds.

5.4 Palpable Errors

If odds or game parameters are offered due to a clear and obvious error (commonly known as a "palpable error" or "palp"), 98ab reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement. 98ab will communicate palpable error decisions to affected players and return stakes accordingly.

• Attempting to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or KYC requirements imposed by 98ab.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

98ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other users.

7.1 Suspension by 98ab

Account suspension may be applied as an interim measure while 98ab investigates a reported or suspected violation. During suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. 98ab will contact the suspended player at the registered email address with information about the reason for suspension and any steps required to resolve it.

7.2 Permanent Closure by 98ab

Grounds for permanent account closure by 98ab include, but are not limited to:

• Confirmed breach of the one-account policy
• Provision of false identity or fraudulent KYC documents
• Confirmed use of automated betting tools or bots
• Confirmed involvement in bonus abuse, collusion, or match-fixing
• Failure to comply with KYC requests within the stipulated timeframe
• Confirmed money laundering or financial crime activity

Upon permanent closure for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in all cases of Terms breach.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

7.4 Dormant Accounts

The dormancy fee will not exceed the account's remaining real-money balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.

9.2 Third-Party Content

Use of such content is governed by each provider's applicable licence terms in addition to these Terms. 98ab does not transfer any rights in third-party game content to players.

9.3 User-Generated Content

10.1 Platform Availability

98ab strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or any of its features. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 98ab will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, provided that any open bets affected by an unscheduled outage will be reviewed and settled fairly in accordance with Section 5.

10.2 Accuracy of Information
